Start with a defined source audience, then review the resulting profiles and email provenance. The export has eleven columns; it does not promise an address for every profile.
A repeatable way to start
- Choose a platform and an available mode: an account audience, post audience, hashtag, or custom account list. Mode access depends on your plan.
- Enter the account, public post URL, hashtag, or account list required by that mode. Set an email limit within your account allowance; paid accounts can also filter bio text.
- Review the job status and available source details, then download the full CSV or the email-only export. Keep profile counts separate from unique email counts.

Check these limits before using a list
- A profile without a published email may produce no address. An email limit is a stopping target, not a promise that every run will reach it.
- Public availability does not establish permission to contact someone. Review relevance, your suppression list, and the requirements for your campaign before sending.
- Review the source and job status. Imported or demonstration records do not prove a fresh platform fetch; availability and result coverage vary.
